Have you ever wondered where injured raptors in the Bitterroot go for care? Do you want to learn more about the hard work behind raptor rehabilitation and education? Bitterroot Audubon members are welcome to attend an educational event atWildSkiesRaptor Center in Potomac, MT. Executive Director Brooke Tanner will explain how the non-profit operates, what’s involved in raptor rehabilitation and care, and how you might help reduce the prevalence of injuries to raptors and other birds. You will also see some education birds in person and learn more about their life history.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and let us know the number of people who’d like to attend. Registered participants will receive directions and additional information on what to bring. This event will take place outside, regardless of weather conditions. It will take you about 45 minutes from Missoula to reach the raptor center. There are plenty of birding opportunities near Potomac and in the Blackfoot Valley, so plan to make a day out of it!
