This virtual program is brought to you by North Cascades Audubon Society!!
Join Sue Cottrell for an introduction to the 15 raptor species seen in NW WA. Learn the field marks and behaviors to identify these residents. Sue has studied birds of prey and guided outdoor trips for more than 30 years, including trapping and banding raptors as a volunteer of the Falcon Research Group, based in Bow, WA. Sue is one of the lucky ones that can say she has had several "5 falcon species days”. She will share her current research and photos of her projects working with Red-tailed Hawks and American Kestrels.
Register in advance online at: Introduction to Raptors of Northwest Washington
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
