Songbirds of Eastern Washington Shrub-steppe Habitat
Please join us for our December program night with Lindell Haggin, a 50 year member of Spokane Audubon Society. Lindell will present on her field research experience leading the efforts for Spokane Audubon Society and Audubon Washington on songbird surveys in shrub-steppe habitat of eastern Washington. Her presentation will share the beauty and variety of the shrub-steppe while explaining the protocol, process and purpose of the project.
Lindell’s interest in birding started in Ohio not long before she moved to Washington State. She has traveled widely to enjoy her interest in birds, but no place brings her more joy than the shrub-steppe habitat of Eastern Washington.
This event is free and open to the public. Program Nights takes place on the fourth Thursday of every month from 7-9 pm unless otherwise indicated.
